Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all cities and regions within Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are confirmed before dispatch.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or order values.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and pay the order amount at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. We may contact you to arrange a new delivery, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the package and product so we can investigate and assist you promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
