Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

If your order has any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. You may be asked to provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

You no longer want the product.

You ordered the wrong product by mistake.

The product does not meet your personal preference or expectations.

Size, color, or design preference after delivery (if the correct product was delivered as ordered).

Any reason other than receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product has been inspected, your refund will be processed. If eligible, the refund will be issued using a suitable method agreed upon by both parties.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement (subject to stock availability). If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
